The Challenge
Samsung is a global leader in consumer electronics. Prompted by the flight of users to eCommerce in the wake of the pandemic, Samsung sought to expand to new streams of online revenue. Through the Retail Partnerships with Google program, Samsung partnered with top Vietnamese retailer Tiki, to help drive more online sales through the Tiki platform.
The Approach
Through their Retailer Managed Model, Tiki created Google Shopping Campaigns to drive users with high purchase intent to Samsung product pages, within the Tiki app and website. Optimization was compounded with the use of tROAS bidding strategies. Samsung was able to review performance regularly thanks to automated reporting via Google Reports Editor.
